Hi there,

I have been trying all day to find out what happened to the $150 I loaded onto my PayPal prepaid card... On 03/27/18 around 9 PM I put $150 on the PayPal prepaid card ending in 9961.

I was charged $153.95 (including the $3.95 transaction fee that family dollar charged me). NONE OF IT WENT ON THE CARD I returned the next day to the same Family Dollar and spoke to the same assistant manager who did the transaction for me the previous night. Together we called several different numbers from PayPal prepaid and got nowhere at all. Nobody wanted to help or didn’t speak English.

I finally spoke to a lady who transferred me to a Company named “ICONN” supposedly the middleman. They said the money has been sent over and it was on PayPal prepaid‘s end to fix.... I still have no resolution to this problem even though I did everything correctly.
