Hi there, I have been trying all day to find out what happened to the $150 I loaded onto my PayPal prepaid card... On 03/27/18 around 9 PM I put $150 on the PayPal prepaid card ending in 9961. I was charged $153.95 (including the $3.95 transaction fee that family dollar charged me). NONE OF IT WENT ON THE CARD I returned the next day to the same Family Dollar and spoke to the same assistant manager who did the transaction for me the previous night. Loaded $150 onto PayPal
PayPal prepaid Consumer Complaint
I have been attempting to resolve this problem for over eight hours now. Last night March 27, 2018 I put $150 (not including the $3.95 transaction fee that family dollar charged me). I gave the teller $150 (they charge me 153.95 $3.95 to put money on my prepaid card)...
